Refund & Return Policy
At John Packaging, we offer customized packaging solutions tailored to our customers’ specific requirements. Due to the nature of custom orders, customers must notify us within three working days if the products are defective or do not meet the specified requirements.
Note: Returns and refunds are only applicable for defective products or company-side errors.
Company-Side Defects

If a defect is confirmed to be our responsibility, John Packaging will reprint the entire order at no additional cost.

Our decision regarding defects and responsibility is final.

Customers must return the full order within 7 business days, with shipping costs borne by the customer.

Proof of defects, such as digital photos, must be provided to facilitate the reprint process.
Client-Side Defects

If defects are determined to be due to the customer’s instructions and a refund is requested, the full order must be returned.

The refund will exclude shipping, setup, printing, and other applicable costs.
Order Cancellation

Once the proof is approved, the printing process begins immediately.

Customers have 4 hours to cancel the order after proof approval.

A 5% cancellation fee will apply if the order is canceled after processing.

Cancellations must be requested within 12–24 hours of placing the order.

No refund will be issued if the order has entered the press, but we can provide complimentary warehouse storage and ship the order upon request.
