Start with how the box will travel and where it will be seen. Products shipped to customers usually need corrugated mailer or shipping boxes. Products sold on a shelf work best in folding cartons or display boxes. Gifts and premium items suit rigid or magnetic boxes. Not sure? Paperboard is measured in points (pt): about 14pt to 18pt suits light retail products, and 20pt to 24pt suits heavier ones. Corrugated board is measured by flute: E-flute is thin and prints well for mailers, while B-flute and C-flute are thicker for heavy shipments. Rigid boxes use board of about 1 to 3 mm.
We print with offset printing for sharp, consistent color and match brand colors with Pantone (PMS) color matching. Finish options include matte or gloss lamination, aqueous coating, UV coating, spot UV, foil stamping and embossing. Not sure which finish fits? Ask for a recommendation with your quote.
